We understand that building new fitness habits is difficult and often times we fail. Our goal is for fitness to become part of your (our) lifestyle. If you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

All members receive a 30 minute personal training to get familiar with machines, muscles groups, and breathing techniques.

Free diet meal plan, weight consultation, education on cancer fighting foods

Trainers Who Care

Our trainer will customize a plan that will get you going from simple measurements including BMI, body fat %, muscle %, calories burned while at rest (sleeping), visceral fat %, and your personal goals, to nutritional plans. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle is challenging, but that challenge can be enjoyable with the right mindset and support. We analyze your body type and metabolism to create your individualized fitness plan.
